Hi and welcome to a Reiki healing experience! I am so excited to be starting this wonderful healing journey with you.
I offer both in person and remote sessions, depending on where you live. I live in Boise, ID for those of you living in the area.
Our session will start with a brief meditation that will help you relax your body and mind and put you in the mode to receive Reiki. I will then assess your body energy and transmit the Reiki healing energy through several hand positions if so guided, focusing on the areas that most need clearing and balancing.
But what is Reiki?
Reiki is universal life force, a non-invasive healing energy that targets the energy fields around the body where injury, illness, physical or emotional pain may be present. It is channeled from the practitioner to the patient and It releases the energy blocks within him/her, thus producing healing, relaxation and the reduction or elimination of pain. Its practice has its origin in Japan.
It works effectively on the parasympathetic nervous system to alleviate stress which can negatively impact the body's innate ability to heal.
Reiki has been shown to help in virtually any medical situation such as during surgery, recovery, physical therapy, pain management and dialysis treatments. Over 800 hospitals in the U.S. utilize Reiki as a complementary therapy for their patients.
Each session may be a profound step towards healing, transformation and well-being.

You can become a Reiki professional Practitioner of Usui/Holy Fire(R) Reiki III I&II. This system combines the Usui Reiki Leanage with the higher vibrational, purifying, healing and empowering energy of Holy Fire(R) introduced to the world by William Lee Rand.
This is an in person 2-day comprehensive course with full immersion into the teachings of Reiki I&II from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Profound healing may occur just by taking the class, such as a release and balancing of energy blocks in your body system, as well as an energetic empowerment aligning you to your higher self and inner wisdom and clarity about your existence and life's journey.

Reiki practitioneers who would like to advance to Master level and also teach can take the Usui/Holy Fire(R) lll Masterclass. It requires a minimum of 6 months as a Reiki ll practitioner. You will learn new symbols, tools and techniques. You will experience the higher frequency of World Peace Reiki energy which will instill the frequency of peace within you and which you will be able to teach and empower others with and spread it across the land.
